This permits a richer description of classes, with code and name as well as description. class-id: new element, to be used for coded classification class-name: new element, content as previously class element access-rights: element is now a sequence, referring to elements access-profile and access-right. The reason for the change is to harmonize with the final standard IEC 82045-2. Allows a detailed description of access rights for the document, for persons and/or groups of users. access-profile: new element, to contain the identity af a referred access profile. schema attribute can contain a reference to the system where the profile is defined access-right: new element, sequence referring to elements access-level, person and access-group. access-level: new element, mandatory under access-right. Can contain values such as list, read, change according to definitions referred by schema attribute. access-group: new element, to contain the name of an access group for system defined by schema attribute receipt: new element, referenced by distribution element, referring to date and person elements. Element date has not been changed, but the use of attributes is redefined. Date formatting definitions shall use the schema attribute. The type attribute shall indicate the function of the date, using values such as submitted, performed, effective an expire. The reason for the change is to conform to the standard Iec 82045-2. Element person-name has not been changed, but has a new reserved value user-id for the type attribute.
